How do I know I can trust my cleaner?

Is there anything I do not clean?
To keep things safe and ensure the best quality service, there are a few things I’m unable to take on. I do not provide biohazard or disaster cleaning, including anything involving human waste. I also avoid cleaning fragile items that require extra delicacy.
We’re only able to clean areas that can be safely reached with a standard 2-step ladder. Our exterior services are also not intended for pre-paint prep or heavy-duty deep cleaning.
If you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to talk through your needs and will always be honest about what we can and can’t take on.

What is our cancellation policy?
I understand that things come up and plans can change. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. This helps me adjust my schedule and serve other clients.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients choose to provide access with a key, lockbox, garage code, or another entry option.
This allows me to stay focused and work efficiently while cleaning your space.
If you are home during your service, I kindly ask that you allow me to work without interruption. If you have any questions or requests, feel free to reach out directly.
Also, while I love your furry friends, I ask that pets are kept out of the areas being cleaned for safety and efficiency.
