By scheduling any service with North Idaho Streamline Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
We take pride in providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please reach out within 24 hours of your service. I will return within 48 business hours to re-clean the area of concern.
The re-clean is the primary solution for any quality concerns.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the best service possible, I kindly ask for the following:
Home Access
Please provide safe and reliable access (lockbox, code, or arranged entry).
If I am unable to access your home, a lockout fee may apply.
Alarm Systems
If you have an alarm system, please make sure it is disarmed prior to arrival.
Clients are responsible for any false alarms or related charges.
Preparing for Your Cleaning
A light pickup is appreciated to allow me to focus on cleaning.
Excess clutter or heavier-than-expected conditions may require additional time and may result in an added charge.
Unsafe or Unsanitary Conditions
For safety reasons, I do not clean:
Bodily fluids
Severe infestations
Hoarding situations
Hazardous or unsafe conditions
If a space is unsafe to clean, the service may be stopped and the full fee may still apply.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
I understand that things come up!
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee (up to 100% of the service cost)
If I arrive and cannot access the home, a lockout fee may apply
If I ever need to reschedule due to weather or an emergency, I will communicate and find the next best time for you.
BREAKAGE & DAMAGE POLICY
I treat your home with care and respect. If something accidental happens, please notify me within 48 hours.
I am not responsible for damage due to:
Pre-existing conditions
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation
If you request cleaning of fragile or high-value items, I will always do my best, but cannot guarantee against damage.
PRICING & SERVICES
Pricing is based on the condition of the home and agreed-upon services.
Changes to the scope of work may result in adjusted pricing
Additional time or services requested may be billed accordingly
PAYMENT
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash
Check
Card
Digital payments (Venmo, etc.)
Returned checks may be subject to a fee.
LATE PAYMENTS
Invoices not paid within 14 days may be subject to a late fee.
Services may be paused until the balance is resolved.
PHOTO POLICY
Occasionally, before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation or marketing.
These will never include personal or identifying information.
If you prefer no photos be taken, just let me know before your service.
PET POLICY
I love pets, but for safety:
Please secure pets during your cleaning
I do not handle or care for pets during service
UPDATES TO TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means you agree to the current version.
